They are okay. I don't have any other choices. If I had, I would probably go somewhere else. The TV is on most of the time, the phone works and internet is alright. Comcast is expensive in my book.

This is the only available company in our area so we do not have a choice of other companies. We called customer service and asked about the new X1 packages and were told it was available in our area but after disconnecting all of our boxes and waiting in line for 35 minutes we were told that "it is a repeated problem customer service tells customers it is available when it is not; It won't be available for several more months" The unavailability was fine but the miscommunication was VERY ANNOYING. If we could switch companies we would. Staff has always been courteous on the phone but the company is expensive and needs to get a better communication chain.

We have them because they are the only ones in our area. Right now we have to continue to use them.
