They did a good job..

Knowledgeable and easy to work with. Crews are high quality and project manager pays extra attention to detail. talked with us about some delays but think they could have been a little more timely or proactive with the communication re any delays they were experiencing that would delay start date and finish, ex. Cleanup, of the project. But nothing too significant that I wouldnt use them again....from our experience, I would use them again.

They do a terrible job and their pricing is reasonable. Everything is subcontracted and they do a terrible job. They did not replace the plywood and they come and go as they please. They just show up and you don't know they are here. None of the subs speak English or pretend not to. We needed roofing and siding done and it was a disaster. They forgot to bring the plywood out and when we asked them about it we were told we did not need it so now I need plywood down and my insurance won't cover it. They were supposed to put plastic ice protection under a portion of the roof and they said they did it and we knew they did not. They do very shoddy work and tell you they are going to cover your insurance deductible which, I think is insurance fraud. It was bad, real bad and I will not use them again in the future.  

After repairs were done by a great roofer we were told that Chad never replaced the drip edge.   Pay the extra money and get a great rooofer.

The job did get done and they did the job well except was never on time. took 3 months to finish?? Not on time when he said he would show up or they would do the work. Came to the house when no one home to do some repairs and then never called or left a note to tell us that he did the repairs. So when he came to get balance for the job we thougth they never did the repairs! Not the best comunications and If you use them get EVERYTHING in writing. This was an insurance claim so get an inspector from the insurance to check the work to your satisfaction then send the final payment.
