Pavers and Hardscaping Service
Area where they were on their sides has pushed my brand new vinyl fencing out. I had to have the pool liner taken out & re-installed due to his poor workmanship. This caused water to get under the liner & cause major wrinkles in the deep end of in-ground pool. I hired a lawyer and he refuses to settle. He offered me $3000 to drop suit. Going to arbitration with him soon & he has stated after judgment he will declare bankruptcy. Meanwhile his poor workmanship has cost me $9682.00 to have the patio stone re-done. Another $583.00 to have the brand new in-ground pool liner taken out & reinstalled to take out wrinkles and will also now cost me another $7000.00 to have the fencing around the pool/patio area repaired (the fencing was installed just before he started work).
