I have been a member for about 3 months, and so far have been very satisfied. I use the Les Mills classes, which I love. I used to go to Valhalla gym, so that's what I'm comparing against in my head. The price is a little high, but you're definitely paying for their huge class schedule. Also, they give you half of your monthly fee back every time you go at least 15 times a month- great motivation! Their locker rooms aren't anything special, unlike Vahalla's where you felt like you were in a spa every time you went in the locker room. Like I said, I use mainly the classes, but it seems like they have plenty of equipment, I've never seen all the treadmills filled up for example.

We use their services as part of the Silver Sneakers program in our insurance. The facilities are very expansive and well-maintained, and the staff is helpful and highly qualified. In addition, they have an incredible amount of classes and programs for all ages.
