Appliance Repair
I was horribly overcharged. I had done my research prior to them coming and knew what needed to be done but didn't feel comfortable doing it myself. The repair guy confirmed the problem and started replacing it without going over cost. I didn't ask because I had researched it. They charged me $120 for a part that costs between $18-30! When I called and spoke to the manager, he told me they need to mark up their parts 30% because they're a business. He is supposed to be sending me $50 back. I feel i was taken advantage of and do NOT recommend them.
