went terrible. they installed the pool incorrectly. I have pictures to prove it. measurements wrong, They then blamed it on us. They would not return any of our calls of concern. Finally our attorney sent a letter, they did not respond till the last day. Then again no contact so had to go to court. Because I did not know how to work a case, I had never been in civil court before and could not afford a lawyer. This company won on a technicality because he had his lawyer there. Still has never contacted me. I have all the pictures, and documents, and spent thousands to correct and get to the point that we can use the pool.

Went well, considering the cold, wet spring we had last year.

We contacted Blue Lagoon earlier in the summer to perform pool repairs which required the pool to be drained so we scheduled the work to be done at the end of the season. We were doing this as part of the sales agreement to selling our home where the pool was a very important aspect for the buyers. The job was originally slated to just replace 25 feet of old damaged tile border. However, when it came time to do the work in September we found out that the manufacturer had discontinued the tile originally used and quoted for the job so Todd and company scrambled to find any remaining stock, no luck. We ended up expanding the scope of the project to replace *all* the tile and a couple other things. As the weather got colder we were approaching deadlines to get the work done before frost set in (making it impossible to do the painting) and to meet the deadlines of the upcoming sale.
Todd and his crew worked around a couple weather bad weather issues (torrential downpours and near freezing temperatures) to get the job done. They even went so far as to build a tent over the pool to keep it heated and dry in order to get the paint to set properly. On to of that they even offered to take care of a few extra bits for the new owners after the fact to make the pool would be set for the winter. In the end they completed the work just before the sale date and it looked like a brand new pool. No mean feat for a 17,000 gal in-ground pool with spa.
It was a bit of a rough start with material and weather issues and a large change in scope of project but the buyers were happy, we were happy, the work was done on time and they made a 28 year old pool look brand new.
