What's important to me in a business is quick response, free estimates, accurate information, answer ANY question I have and timely completion of the job. Best Pest fulfilled all of this and more. They returned my call with an hour, Came next day for an inspection thoroughly inside and outside my home, gave me a very reasonable quote, and scheduled a day and time convenient to me and my wife. Very thorough treatment on appointment day too. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!!! I found them on Google but notice they are a member of Angie's list as well.

I contacted Best Pest Control about a large hornet nest located in a difficult to reach area under my second story eve. They came the same day just after dark(the best time to deal with bees). Stu was very professional. He explained what kind of bee they were & what the removal entailed. He sprayed the nest destroying it & killing the bees. A few days later he returned to take down the remnants. It was a great experience & worth every penny,

Andy was professional and courteous both on the phone and in person. Called on Thursday and was scheduled for first thing Monday. Andy was on time and explained what he would do and then we walked the property together and he pointed out things that could improve but did not push for additional services. Got my report to send the bank the same day. Would definitely hire again. Could probably have gotten it done cheaper, but probably not faster or more reliably. I will be taking his advice regarding the mosquitoes and the ants!

Person arrived on time, was nice to talk to and answered any questions I had. It has been 12 days since then and things look good so far. I was told that if I have any problems within 3 weeks I can call and they will come out and spray again. I would not hesitate to call them again or refer them to someone else.

They sprayed and told us to call if we still see them within 30 days. We called before the 30 because we saw some and they cam right out to spay again. They did what they promised.

We live in an old farmhouse so there are a lot of small areas where bugs can get in and there are a lot of field mice around too.  They call us to schedule appointments if we forget to call them.  They are very courteous.  They always show up within the half hour of when they say they are going to so it's not like we are waiting around for half the day wondering where they are at.  They are very punctual.  It's a great company to have work for us.  The price is fairly inexpensive.

They are great. They are flexible and they come whenever I can do it. They remind me when it is time for the monthly service. I will continue to use them.
