Did a good job but double charged us on our credit card. I called them and said it was the bank's issue not theirs.. Took quite a bit of work with the bank to fix the problem. In fairness, am not sure who messed up but it still was a painful transaction.

Fast and done well. Would have replace sooner if I knew it was so easy. Grid does not exactly match but not noticeable. Had to take window out and in for measurement. They ordered replacement and I took window back for it to be installed. Dropped off in morning and was completed same day.

It took a little while to get an appointment with them, but it was worth the wait. There were two workers who did the job. It took them a while to figure out how to remove the window pane, and it was very difficult to remove. They cleaned the condensation out of the window and were thorough in explaining what they did.

The replacement glass was broken two times before they installed the final window. I took time off to be at home, and they didn't show up until very late. They said they would call that morning and tell me when they were coming, that never happened. But the window looks great!
