1. Mr. Eckenroth and his helper, failed to recognize the water in the walls of the basement as well as all the following..... 2. There was visible mold in the storage area in the basement. He said that his inspection did not include detecting mold. 3. The window sill in the bathroom was made of caulk. We tore down the wall to find it full of mold. 4. The floors under both toilets were rotted through the sub floor. 5. The cuts on the siding were wrong. Allowing water to enter behind the siding and rot the outer wood walls. 6. Here is a big one......I signed his consent form which I did not fully read. This form states that if you sue him you can not recover any more than what you paid to have the home inspected. Also it states that you are responsible for paying his attorney fees. We were extremely unhappy about what he did not find.
