Adobe Enhancements

We like Mike Balla of Adobe Enhancements very much. We'd used him for a minor job and he agreed to quote this job. He has a full-time job, so scheduling the quote and the work was a bit complicated. Sometimes he just couldn't get there. With winter closing in we pushed a little and he responded by bringing on another person. The man he did bring in was beyond fastidious. The quality of the work was absolutely superb. The assistant--then an under-employed store fitter who build and installed store fixtures--even installed the new outside lamp although we had intended to do it. Overall, he wasn't quick, but the work was painstakingly completed and they cleaned up completely.

I simply don't know how they could have made any money on the job considering the time invested in it. And, the pleasantness of the guys and the quality of the work more than offset any of the timing issues.

Do: Use them without hesitation. But be sure to know if you're going to be left with excess materials as you'll need a place to store them. Also make sure you're clear about when you need the work done as the schedule can slip a little.

Don't think for a minute that the scheduling issues are a sign of irresponsibilty. These are fully-employed people who put so much time and attention into their work that they can fall behind, particularly if the weather is wet and they cannot work. 

This is a company that you can trust completely and it is well worth the wait to know that such responsible people will be in and around your home.

His name is Mike Balla. We were very, very happy with them. It takes a while to schedule because they are a tiny company. I was amazed by the amount of time that the man who did the work took to carefully do the siding. I don't know how he made money on it but the care he took was superb. I was really taken by that. I really liked Mike. It was like having a trusted neighbor work on your house. The price was pretty good. He is so busy. I would use him again in a heartbeat.
