On day one I met with the contractor at the job site on May 21 and discussed what needed to be done. The contract stated that 1/2 of the contract price was to be paid at the start and the balance to be paid upon completion. I gave Mr Bohn $800.00, he did the demolition work, put all of the trash on the patio, disconnected the water and drains from the bathroom and left. That was the last time I saw him. Repeated calls resulted in him returning my call and telling me he took a job for a friend and would get back to my project when he was finished in about 2 weeks. All this time I have no bathroom! It is now June 6. I fired him and got a new contractor.
