As a mom, my general rule is that I would never hire someone to do work at my house that I would not feel comfortable inviting to dinner with my family. John has an open invitation: he is clean cut, prompt, polite, professional and respectful. Be patient, he does take his time and is careful about the work he does. John even came in under his estimate which shows he is an honest, trustworthy person and not just about getting the job done at any cost. He occasionally brings his wife along for bigger jobs, and she is fantastic! John even follows up with us now and then to see how everything is going and if we need anything. We just had another baby so our home improvement projects are on hold, but we will be calling John again for sure!

John returned my call for a service consult and visited my residence within 2 business days of my inquiry. He provided me with a quote for services within 4 days, and started shortly thereafter. I was very impressed with his flexibility in scheduling home appointments. I am a single homeowner and work very sporadic hours, but John was very accommodating with working around my schedule. He would check in with me each day to see when it was appropriate to come out to my residence. John completed all of work that was requested in a timely, professional and quality manner. He also maintained consistent communication with me regarding updates, progress, questions, etc. which also impressed me given my busy work schedule. I am most impressed that John went above and beyond assure that I was fully satisfied with the projects being completed in my home. John custom-made a STUNNING butcher block countertop for my kitchen, after discovering that the companies he researched to purchase from were out of my budget. John truly appears to take pride in his work, rather than completing something just to status quo (or, just to get the job done, as I have experienced with individuals/companies in the past). I will definitely recommend Weekend Warrior Handyman Services to any friends or family in the area that are in need of any home improvement or repair. I will also use his services without reservation for future projects in my home.

Very good. Told him what I wanted done and he did it exactly as agreed, cleaned-up afterward and was very workable with suggestions. Not done as he is doing several other repairs in future like changing out flush interior doors with raised panel, adding trim and repairing tile in bathroom, stripping wallpaper and painting a den room.
