 + -1 moreThis was the best experience we've ever had with a service provider. He arrived early, then discovered we didn't really need an entirely new water heater. He replaced the parts which were faulty, stayed to make sure everything was operating properly, and saved us over $1,000. If I could give him a grade higher than an "A," I would!!!
