Paul Beiler & his crew were punctual, efficient, & respectful of us & our property. They even came out ahead of our scheduled job to do a "holdover" patch, then juggled other jobs to get to us when a second wind storm caused additional damage. Clean-up during the job & at completion was excellent. Stellar service!

I researched and read many reviews before narrowing down to 3 roofers to give me a quote on a roof replacement. I submitted a request for a quote online and Paul Beiler called me the next day and said he could be there that afternoon for my estimate. He was very informative and brought to my attention something I was not aware of and offered a solution at a very reasonable cost. Not only was his quote very much lower than the other two I received, but he showed a genuine concern for my needs and was able to schedule the job a week earlier than originally expected. His crew (all Amish except for the drivers) are extremely polite and work very hard. I am extremely satisfied with my decision to choose Octorara Roofing and I love my new roof!

This was a great experience for me. The men were very polite. There was a need for more 4x8 sheeting and they asked me if it was okay to purchase rather than just surprise with a bigger bill! I did not hear one curse word during the day and a half it took to complete the job. They were vey respectful when talking to me and each other. When the job was finished they cleaned up eveything so well that the Direct TV man could not believe that there was a roof put on just hours before he got there. I have never been happier about getting such a big job done!!!!!!! :)

Octorara Roofing's workmanship is superior. The team was professional, courteous, and extremely hard working. The job was done on time and on estimate. The roof and gutters look amazing. The team cleaned up each evening and at the end of the project, not a stray nail remained. The owner listened closely when we explained what we wanted during his initial visit. Then he made a good suggestion about how to do the venting, which should be a money saver in the future. He had other good ideas that we incorporated. I felt that he put our interests foremost. This was a great experience.
