"Thank you for you review. We are happy that you had a great experience and we look forward to serving you in the future."
"We appreciate your candid remarks and are deeply sorry that you had such a rough deal with us. However, we would like to state for the record that the incident you are referring to happened in June of 2006, six years ago. Also, we had a hard time figuring out exactly which account this was and which incident you were commenting on. Eventually we were able to locate the information. The reason it was so hard was because your name is not on the account. We then personally went to the President to get his insight. He did recall the situation and expressed that any problems were worked out with the actual individual on the account. We realize that sometimes we make mistakes and that we are not perfect. However, it has always been our policy that if a mistake is made on our part that we will do whatever we can to fix it immediately. The problem you are referring to was resolved with the person listed on the account. Since this occurred over 6 years ago, many things have changed within our corporation. Once again thank you for your comments, Sincerely, Leon C. Landis, Inc."
