I appreciated that Omer let us replace just two windows first to see how we liked them. After a season or two we decided to replace the rest of them over a couple more years. They have all been replaced now and we have been pleased with their work.

We were both very pleased with the friendly demeanor and professionalism exhibited by Blue Ridge personnel. The quality of the work was great on all three 'rounds' of work and we would not hesitate to call them again when the few remaining windows need to be replaced.

Everything went well, carefully explained, and was all done in a timely manner. The one complaint I have is that the door has become misaligned within a couple of months and instead of closing smoothly it is now rubbing against the door frame. So each time I close the door I have to lift the door and push it in slowly so I don't scratch or break the frame. This may not be the fault of the installers and is most likely due to the old wood in my window frame coupled with the quality of the door that I chose.

Excellent service and very professional. The job they did is top quality
and I will definitely get them to do some other work in the future. My
neighbors have all come over and asked about them and are very
interested in getting work done by Blue Ridge Windows and Doors. We made
changes along the way and they worked with us without any complaint. I
have been in the service field for over 25yrs, and can't remember
dealing with any  company that tries so hard do everything to
accommodate you as a customer. Like Chester one of the owners told me
one day the customer is always right. You certainly don't get that much
anymore from many service companies. They sure make you feel like you
are there first and most important customer.  When they pack up to leave
at the end of the day you wouldn't even know anyone was working on your
house during the day, everything is picked up and all scrap material is
taken off site.
From start to finish was a little longer than what they had planned, to finish the job, but when the job was complete you can tell that these guys love what they do, and it really shows in the workmanship. It is top quality and we would highly recommend them for windows, doors, roofing siding.
