They were doing work at a neighbors house and we had our household drains backing up into the tub - I had to go to work and it was Thanksgiving eve. My neighbors gave me the phone number and R. Williams & Daughters Plumbing Heating and Home Remodeling not only responded right away but they were at my house within minutes. They fixed the issue almost immediately and the cost was beyond fair! I hired him to install a water line to my new refrigerator. When that work was complete, I would have given a 4 o 5 star review. But the water line started leaking. Yesterday he said he would get here but didn't know when. My wife and I were both at work - which I explained - so he was going to call and let us know when he would be here. He didn't call, he just showed up. When I reminded him that he was supposed to call first, he apologized and said that he couldn't come back later when my wife would be home. He said he would be here between 1:30 and 2:00 today. I took the day off of work and I'm still waiting for him. No call, no show. No answers to my call. No response to my text. Nothing.

Excellent! They were first to contact me after my home advisory inquiry, and Im so glad I hired them. We had a garbage disposal installed, a new line run for our hose to bypass a water softener, and a natural gas stove converted to propane. Prompt appointment time, prompt arrival, and got our work done quickly and efficiently. Very reasonably priced. I wish all vendors were as wonderful to deal with! Would hire them again anytime!
