Overall, I was very impressed with the service. While they failed to show up on the scheduled day, Pool Pro took responsibility for their mistake and sent people out the next day. Pat was very knowledgeable and efficiently diagnosed the problem (an "O-Ring" needed to be replaced). All questions were answered and the work was performed professionally.
