I called Roger the day before a predicted snowfall upon discovering that my snowblower was out of service and could not be repaired in time.  Roger came called me back and said he would come out the next morning to give me an estimate.  He was here before noon with an estimate.  He came back after the snow had stopped and did a great job removing the snow.  I was really glad he could help us out because the snow, while not deep, was very wet and heavy and I am not sure my machine could have handled it for long.  He came after midnight, but I am pretty sure that was because the snow didn't stop until 10 pm and I was one of his last stops.  I did tell him I didn't have anywhere to go, so no big deal.
