It was agreed-upon that the job would be completed in five days and we would be hiring Michael and his team of workers. I believe one other person came for about four hours one day Michael did complete the job, but there were minor that needed to be finished at the time of completion that were never done. As time went on, the floors began to buckle. We have tried to get him back repeatedly since we saw the problem begin and the buckling has become worse and ruined some of the flooring, which will now need to be replaced. Michael finally came back and pulled up the floor where it needed to be replaced and now has not been back, though said he would return 2 days later. I know that he receives my communication and yet does not respond.

At first it seemed to be going well. Then the project took much longer than expected as the contractor was performing more than one project at a time. As a result of the poor workmanship, it caused a leak to happen from the shower floor which ran into my laundry room ceiling. I needed to get a plumber in and also have to have the ceiling fixed.
