Mr. Fisher- your response to my review has error information. You obviously did not read what I stated. THE SOFFITS YOU INSTALLED BEGAN SAGGING WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR OR 2ND YEAR AFTER YOU DID THEM! The sagging is NOT where I had a chimney removed... it is before that area and it started in 2006 or 2007! CAN'T YOU READ? The sagging is not due to another roofer's work.... it is due to your work. When Tim Schaeffer did that small piece of gutter / soffit replacement where I had the chimney removed - the first thing he said to me when he gave me an estimate is "Your soffit and gutter is coming down". I told him you just put that up in March 2006. He told me I should call you back! WHY ARE YOU BEING UNTRUTHFUL? My porch also sags and nobody but your guys touched that! I'm asking you to be responsible for your workmanship- no other company's. ALL I WANTED YOU TO DO WAS NAIL THAT SAGGING SOFFIT BACK UP... AND YOUR GUY SAID HE COULD NOT. Please be truthful and please read and comprehend what people write.

Our response to your review was based on all the time frames, pictures and notes in your file. Again, we are here to service our customers and we have done nothing but try to service you."
"Hello (Member name removed), We just received notification of your review and are quite surprised to see this low score especially since the last note we received from you was a Thank You note with the balance of your invoice. I do recall your insurance claim taking a long time only because the adjuster was very difficult to work with. If you recall we actually suggested having a public adjuster get involved after the first 30 days because of how uncooperative your insurance company was and we rarely suggest this to our customers.The actual work did not take 6 months, but the attempts to negotiate with your insurance company did take that long and the materials they required us to use took long to get delivered. I am also surprised to see your dissatisfaction with the pricing considering your insurance claim covered all the costs. According to our records we completed all the work per the contract and claim, I even recall contacting the insurance company on your behalf after all the work was completed to have them reimburse you for interior lighting you were replacing so again the claim would cover all the costs. I personally spoke with you after work was completed and you made no mention to work not being completed, or pricing or any of the issues you mentioned in your review so we are quite surprised and of course disappointed. I understand you are busy (we recall scheduling appointments and work around your little ones nap time), but if you or Mike would like to discuss your concerns further, please feel free to contact us at 215-412-7663.
