We have an approximately 1,700 square foot house with a roughly 25-year-old roof on it that needed replacement. The company had an estimator out quickly to quote our job and also gave us the quote, work details, and price before leaving. They use GAF products and were able to provide us with an excellent workmanship and factory warranty from themselves and GAF respectively. There price was similar in comparison to other companies but with better quality materials and warranty. When it came to the day of the project, the project supervisor and crew were prompt and started work right away with no surprises placing the additional hood vents I requested in the perfect spot. By the time the work was done at the end of the day my property was spotless and no rogue trash or nails were found which is common with roofing companies in my experience. All the construction crew, office staff, and project managers were easy to get in touch with and work with. I would highly recommend their services and use them again for construction projects that come up in the future!

Very well. Kulp worked with us to schedule the work in a very reasonable timeframe. They even rebuilt the awning over our front stoop for a reasonable price. It is a very attractive roof with an extensive guarantee and a reasonable warranty. No corners cut. We have had a few rainstorms since and we are very happy with our new roof.

The estimate we got from Kulp Roofing was in the same ballpark as the others. We chose them because they were professional, punctual and we liked the materials they would be using. They told us they could fix the area that leaked and get a few more years out of the original roof. We decided to replace the roof because it was not nailed properly and we didn’t want to continue patching it after high winds. They stopped the leak around the chimney at no extra cost so that it wouldn’t get worse before the roof got replaced. The foreman and crew that did the work were professional and did a great job of cleaning up during the job and at completion. Nick came back after the work was done to look over everything with us, address any concerns and made sure we were satisfied with the entire project. The owner also followed up with us. They did everything that they promised. We would definitely use them again and have recommended Kulp Roofing to friends and family.

They responded promptly and came out to do the work within a few days. It was a straightforward job that did require climbing on the roof so I needed a contractor to do it (my roof climbing days are long gone!) I was pleased with the work and would hire them again.

Contractor with site manager, arrived punctually at 7:00 am.  They prepared the area with tarps on the ground and put their ladders up.  They worked through three rain events including the temporary tarping of the roof during the demolition when there was no protection.  The team of five installed the new main roof and small ancilliary roofs by 5:00 pm.  They then performed a meticulous cleanup.

It was a difficult job. The structure was over a hundred year old with many irregularities. Kulp's did an excellent job. They first put me in touch with an engineer to go over some concerns I had with the structure. They replaced the roof and added a cornice and spouts. They did an excellent job. Everyone was very professional and pleasant to work with from our initial discussions with Nick to our final wrap-up with Phil. They are a wonderful company who take pride in their work!

GREAT JOB!  From the initial contact with Cindy and Jesse thru the completed project, it was a very good experience. Cindy was my initial contact.  She was friendly and knowledgeable.  She scheduled Jesse to come out and provide an estimate.  Jesse came out within 2 days of my initial call.  Jesse was very friendly and knowledgable and was very thorough with his inspection of our roof.  He provided us with an estimate that same day.  He estimated about a 4 week wait; however, they had an opening and our job was started within 2 weeks of getting the estimate.  Kulp assisted with the financing of the job, which was also a very smooth experience.  Our roof was completed in 1 day.  The foreman (Joe - introduced himself to both my husband and I and was also very friendly)  crew arrived around 7:30 and worked thru until approximately 8 pm.  They did a great job and cleaned up our property thoroughly.  Since they left so late, Jesse had the crew come back the next day to go over our yard one last time to be sure that no debris was left behind.  We are very pleased with our new roof and with our experience with Kulp Roofing, Inc.  I would definitely recommend them!

Jesse came out later & inspected roof & siding. Found little split (ding) in siding & fixed it. Great repair work. Jesse & Phil were a joy to work with.

Called to schedule after payment and was immediately then transferred to Philip Kulp. He spoke to Nick who will be in the area and could come out this afternoon approx. 16:30 hrs. So far, I'm liking the service already. .......Nick arrived approx. 16:45 in a professional manner and let me know what he needed to do. He inspected the attic first letting me know the condition and what would eventually be needed. Nick then climbed up on my porch and garage overhang walked around tested the footing while sealing loose shingles and verbally addressed what the condition was now and what needed to be done in the future. He then evaluated the front part of the roof and then the back again verbally letting me know any problems I had and what was needed to fix while addressing more sealing including replacing my pipe collar. Nick also took pictures which I didn't expect that he showed me when he completed. I thought he gave me an honest evaluation of my roof, didn't try to sell me a new roof ASAP and gave me a timeline when I needed one. I asked him questions throughout this process and he didn't hesitate at all answering my questions. All items that were needed to be done per offer were executed included a professional summary report emailed. The bonus was the time he spent after the inspection answering my questions. I will definitely consider Kulp Roofing when I need a new roof in 2 -3 years.

Nick (company rep) checked on top of roof and under roof in attic. He then provided an honest and fair assessment of the job needed to be done. When I mentioned my concern about some flashing he went back up on the roof and sealed the flashing for us at no charge. We paid something anyway, but we were very impressed. This company cares and is responsive.
