JOHNSON CARPET CARE

We were about to replace the carpeting on the first floor of our house when we decided to have them cleaned to see if we could save some money by not replacing them. We called Johnson Carpet Care. Mark was here on time, explained how he was going to clean the carpet and identified a couple of stains that might be difficult to remove (we are clumsy and have a puppy). He told us that if the spots were there when the carpets dried, we were to call him and he would come back and work on the spots again. I have had the carpets cleaned by other companies in the past but I was never told to call them to come back if there were still spots when the carpet dried. With the other companies when there were still spots, I assumed the spots wouldn't come out and that they had tried their best. The spots that Mark identified were faded but still there so I called him and he came back right away and worked his magic and removed the spots totally! He saved the day and saved us a ton of money because we didn't have to replace the carpeting!
