NOT DEPENDABLE OR RELIABLE and I am not having him back. Update 10/16: James did come back out to repair framing & hinge to our door, did refund me at $130 for the banister

James doesn't get back to you when you call or text. He walked away with money and job unfinished. I paid for flashing that was never done. Didn't do straight cuts with siding. Would not recommend.

He came when he said he would for the estimate and when he was running late the day of my job, he called to let me know. I definitely will call him again.
