He did a really good job. Finished when he said he would. And on time. (Actually) finished even before he said he would. I was surprised, very happy. I would have him again if I had any problems.

I was just overwhelmingly happy with the job he did. What was really nice is my garage door problem happened on a Saturday....And I called every garage door place nearby and nobody was open on Saturday. But he immediately gave me a time window and he arrived within that window. It was a 2 hour window and it was exactly when he showed. up. I thought being a weekend call I thought 'Oh boy, it's going to be pricey.' --Not at all! I was a very fair price.

It works great. And it's better than it's ever been. Outstanding. I was really surprised (at how well it works).

The work was done very courteously and in excellent quality with a concern for details and clear explanation of each step of the project. The thing that falls on me was in the excitement of the moment, I feel that I over spent on the project because I was so relieved to have the repairs completed. Further, Rob left me information on how to easily contact him if there were any more problems with the door. It has to be pointed out that immediately after Rob finished his repairs Michigan was slammed with a huge snow storm. A repaired garage door opener made this much easier to endure.
