He called just a few minutes after the request was made. He fit me into his schedule.. He was on time. He did a great job. Was efficient and cleaned up after himself. Would recommend him to anyone who had garage door problems

I filled out a request online, and received a call less than 5 minutes later. Next-day service was scheduled (even though I'd just asked to have it done within the week), and tech showed up on time. All requested work was done, as well as general maintenance that was needed, and it was all done in one trip - very convenient that no parts had to be ordered - he had everything in the service truck! My door works better than it did when I bought the house 5 years ago! I could not be more pleased with the service.

I made an appointment with a nationwide competitor and after reading some bad reviews I decided to try Global Discount. I sent Rob a photo of my spring and he confirmed it was broken. He was professional, courteous and provided great service. He was within a few minutes of his estimated arrivals on both service visits. A second visit was required to do additional repairs since he was not aware of the issues and type of materials required for the garage door model. I'm glad I didn't use the first vendor since I believe they would overcharge and attempt to up sell.

They called me immediately, very understanding and worked with me concerning the bill. Way cheaper than anyone else I called. I would recommend them to everyone!
