He was running a little late but called to let us know. He worked quickly and made sure it worked well. He had to return with some additional parts the next day and it works well now .

I would like to give Rob a good review because he was helpful when I talked to him on the phone. However, once he came out to give me an estimate and I told him of the additional framing concerns I had about the header, he seemed to lose interest in the job. This was confirmed by the fact that he never called or emailed back with an estimate. He had an A for responsiveness before he came out for the estimate and F since then so I averaged it to a C. Contractors not calling me back is a big reason I signed up for Angie's List, so I was disappointed that one from the list didn't follow through at all.
