This review is long overdue and very disappointing to write. Garden Patios completed a small pool for me in late fall 2017. After only 4 seasons, it started to leak and would no longer hold water. I notified Garden Patios in May 2022. It took them 3 months to attempt to deal with the leak by re-plastering and tinkering around with a light fixture, all to no avail. This did not fix the problem and it continued to leak. It would lose 75% of the water in just 8 hours. I had no use of the pool for the entire 2022 season while waiting on them to fix the problem, yet they never did. After several failed attempts and continued empty promises, I finally hired American Leak Detection (at $600) to find out what was going on. I was informed that the plumbing was installed improperly and the foundation was failing. I was further informed that this was the 3rd pool they have inspected that Garden Patios built that has failed. I was told that they do not know what they are doing, are not experienced pool builders and do sloppy work. After then meeting with 3 new pool companies, each one informed me that the pool was not repairable without extensive excavation and cost and I was advised to demolish the pool and start over. I am now out $30,000+ and they have washed their hands of the situation. I will be suing them shortly.

Very professional and responsible. Very creative and helped with ideas and visualization. Quality oriented with attention to detail. Willingly reworked anything not just right.

The estimate amount was about $30000.  The owner seemed nice and professional.
