Cbk Cleaning

CBK worked with us for almost 4 years. While cleaning a month ago a team member broke our marble top coffee table and concealed the event and damage. I discovered the damage a few days later and notified the owner, Karena Touchstone. Karena shared that she was leaving for vacation but would submit the claim to her insurance provider upon her return. I waited patiently. Upon her return she submitted the claim, but told the insurance company that her team didn't break the table, so the insurance company denied the payment. The table was less than 3 years old and cost $1,323. I reached out to Karena to discuss a resolution. She has failed to respond, ghosting me and dropping us from her cleaning rotation. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable provider that has integrity and is willing to be accountable.

The company was cleaning for us for 4.5 years. The quality of the work was good, though there were a few instances where we weren't completely satisfied with the cleaning, but they sent a crew out right away to make it right each time. Recently, we reached out to schedule a cleaning and they ignored our texts and calls with no explanation. After maintaining a relationship with them for 4.5 years we felt we deserved at least an explanation of why they are choosing not to clean for us any longer. This is obviously completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from an established business. If you elect to go with this company, be warned this may happen to you also.
