Very satisfied. They clearly explained our options and offered to incorporate our existing equipment if we so desired. We elected to install a new system and feel it is superior to what we had before. Very responsive to an equipment malfunction we were having with the collar.

It's just an amazing system. I never had a dog reach it. They actually donate to my rescue. The company will put in a fence to those people who adopt and then donate to my rescue. I got the best deal from them.

They provided excellent service. Larry came out for the initial appointment to explain what would be done and provided an estimate. He was not rushed and took the time to explain the job thoroughly and answered all of our questions in detail. We called within a few days after meeting with him and scheduled an appointment to have the work done. Some of the work involved cutting our driveway to install the underground wire. Since we were getting our driveway sealed and did not have our new dog yet, they agreed to do the job in two parts - install the underground wire and then the accompanying components - for the same estimated cost. They could not set up the components properly until we got our dog. On the scheduled day, two of their men (and one dog) arrived as scheduled. They were friendly, professional, and did excellent work. They asked our permission to let their dog out of their vehicle before doing so. After completing the job, our property was left as clean as they found it. I would also like to mention the professionalism of the office staff. Whenever we called, we spoke with a very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly staff. I used this company after consulting with a couple of my neighbors who also used them, and they upheld their excellent reputation. A very good overall experience.

They have been wonderful. I have had a problem and they keep coming out trying to fix it and they finally fixed it. It was so nice. I have nothing to compare their price to. The quality of work is great. The guys they send out have been very friendly, helpful, and respectful. Their responsiveness has been very good. I will call. It might take a couple of days, but they will come. They were supposed to come at 11 today and they showed up at 8.30, but that's okay. I'd rather that than not show up at all. They were absolutely professional.

Electric Fencing isn't cheap, PETSTOP is worth the price. Don't waste your time--do it right the first time. We can't say enough good things about PETSTOP. We have 5+ acres of rocky soil to fence. The competitors wanted to come in with a little hand held gizmo to install the fence. Larry brought in a CONVOY of landscaping tractors to install the fence as much as 15 inches deep, so it wouldn't break. We wasted a day trying to install a DIY in our rocky soil--the wire breaks. We interviewed a famous competitor company, they don't go deep and if the wire breaks, (which I have heard from many exaspirated friends and family, their's does) then they charge you to come back and find the break and fix it!

We received two bids, and chose to go with Pet Stop. They were very professional to work with. They were also able to go under the driveway, rather than cut through it. Their product was also more adjustable and would require less service calls, meaning less money in the long run. The only negative is that I would have liked more time with them training the dog.

About 6 years ago I installed an Invisible Fence to contain my dog within the yard. When the original fence was installed the local Invisible Fence company did a terrible job burying the wire underground. I had multiple breaks over the years. Most I was able to find and repair on my own. However, this time, I could not locate the break and I could not let my dog out for fear of him escaping out of the yard. This was late afternoon on a cold winter day, before a major snow storm. I called 3 different companies to request a service call. Only Canine Safety Systems responded immediately. They understood the urgency of the repair. Roy, the serviceman that came, was very professional and knowledgeable. He used an unorthodox method to locate the breaks within minutes and then spent time digging in a frozen ground to bury the wire properly. He knew how unhappy I was with the original installer, the Invisible Fence company. So he offered to swap their equipment for a more advanced PetStop controller for a fraction of the cost. The whole service call took only an hour. I was very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Canine Safety Systems for your pet fence needs. They use better equipment and provide superior service, compared to the Invisible Fence.

The company uses students from our local college, Delaware Valley College. I liked their approach and the fact that they had experience with animals. Also, the owner is associated with a veterinary practice in some way. They did a nice job, worked all day and helped with training the dog at the end.
