They did great work, very professional, efficient, and informative, the carpets looked great and our tenants were very happy with the whole process.

Am so pleased with results!  Every stain was removed in my house ( except small one in closet), and environmental products were used.  My carpets feel fluffy and smooth without  a hint of residue.  I also have wool orientals which came out beautifully.

Everything went as planned. Our kitchen floor has never looked so good as they cleaned and sealed it and our carpets look like new! Joe was very professional and I would definitely recommend his business to anyone looking for carpet or floor cleaning.

I have had others clean our carpets in the past, but will never use or recommend anyone other than All Clean in the future. This was the best cleaning we have ever received, and the guys were knowledgeable, courteous, and incredibly thorough with great attention to every detail. Great job!

The carpet in the basement is only a year old, however, our elderly cat has been urinating in several spots, for some time before we caught it.  All Clean identified the spots using a black light, then treated them with a special process that involves soaking the area with a cleaning solution and hot water for 30 minutes before using the vacuum to pull it out.  The solution had a neutral smell and was eliminated the urine, even in spots that had been extensively used by our cat.  All Clean then cleaned the rest of the carpet, leaving it looking and smelling nice.  

I was impressed with the ease of scheduling, the detailed explanation of the process of removing the urine, and the overall professionalism of the All Clean staff.  They were prompt, thorough, and unobtrusive, but most importantly, they got the job done!  I will be using them again in the future.

The two technicians arrived on time and were polite and knowledgable.  They walked me through all my options and check in with me during several occasions during their work.  The cleaning was fabulous!  I would highly recommend this service.

Joe and his son showed up a little early. They looked very professional and their truck was well marked and clean. He worked up a quote and didn't try to add services that I did not need. They completed the work in under two hours. I was very satisfied with their work, and will contact them again as needed.

They were good at what they did and cleaned everything to my satisfaction. My carpets were not wet when they left; they removed all of the water to their tanks. They were very professional and I would recommend them.

He showed up when he was supposed to, did what he was supposed to do, and did it in a professional manner. They also have great prices; they were cheaper than Chem Dry and did a much better job.

I liked all of the good reviews that I had seen they had gotten. They arrived on time and moved a small amount of furniture for me. The results were so good that I am using them again soon.

I had neglected my rugs for seven years and do a lot of barefoot walking in the house. I also had some pet stains (mostly vomit) and tea stains that were noticeable. Many of the rooms have "filtration soil" along the perimeter. Joe was willing to take it all on. Joe came to the house promptly, explained his process, and showed me his certification and state-of-the-art cleaning equipment. He measured the rooms, explained what I could expect and what he guarantees, and gave me a reasonable estimate. Joe and his assistant worked long and hard. Unfortunately, after the rugs dried I noticed light and dark stripes on some of the rugs. I called Joe and he stood behind his work. He said he became aware of some minor clogging in the wand jets on his next job and without hesitation he said to schedule a recleaning of the rooms in question at no charge. Some of the stains also reappeared, and Joe pledged to come back and take care of them. All of my rugs look great now.

I've had my carpet cleaned by several of the brand name services, but Joe's process is far superior to the typical steam cleaning process. He explained in detail the differences between his process and the typical steam cleaning jobs. He did the work himself and worked extremely hard. I have a cat and a dog, and I've never seen our carpet so clean. His process gets the deep dirt and doesn't push the dirt deeper. He treated all the spots and removed many stains I thought were hopeless. There were a couple of spots he couldn't get out, but it wasn't from lack of trying. His price was a bit higher than some others I've used, but this is the first carpet cleaner that I totally satisfied with.
