Poor craftsmanship, he had to come back and rebuild the steps - he had 3 different step heights in the first set, then expected me to pay for the materials again to build a new set. He stole materials that I had paid for (time and material project), I had to take him to the local magistrate to get my money back for the materials he took. DO NOT HIRE!!
