The installers were 15 minutes early ( waited outside until the requested start time. Very professional and courteous. Everything was cleaned up when they were done, I was really happy with the work. New heater is working great. I got 2 other estimates before deciding on Dowd. The estimate Joe Dowd gave was very detailed and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed or pressured in any way. The other estimates I received were done in record time and provided little information on what the prices included. I would recommend this company to anyone.
