Eric's work was professional, on-time, and reasonably priced. He was able to remove stains that had been in the carpet for some time including some paint spills from a previous renovation. I would highly recommend Eric.

Nobody cleans our carpet like Carpets Etc. They get it fabulously clean and it stays clean. A lot of other companies leave a residue on the carpet and they re-dirty really quickly, but he uses a totally different process than I've ever seen before. It's like a four-part process that he does. There is no residue left and the carpets look brand new and they don't re-dirty. If you're looking for price, he's not your guy. He also does carpet repair. He re-stretched some for us. His work is really good. He's really conscientious and very meticulous. He wants to make sure it's perfect. I always hate getting my carpets cleaned when they leave a residue. They get more filthy than they were before you clean them. But Carpets Etc. are excellent. We had a cranberry juice stain on my white carpet and they got it all up.

He is incredibly honest. I did talk to him about doing a repair job and he really discussed it at length with me. He takes a lot of time with the work. He is just someone you are comfortable having in the home.

Eric is great at what he does. He shows up on time and is very friendly. The work he does is just phenomenal. He does tile and grout work as well. He is very honest with his estimates and there are no surprises with price.

Eric is a very considerate, ethical businessman. He keeps to his word and does a quality job. He may not be as cheap as his competitors, but if you value quality workmanship and truly clean carpets, his finished product is well worth every penny.

Eric came out to give me a detailed estimate, because I was looking at having various services done, including the possibility of stretching an existing wal-to-wall carpet. I was very impressed with Eric's professionalism and his attention to detail when quoting a price for my job. He was very honest with me about my options for stretching the existing carpet.
