Accountants/Tax Consultants
She has held our paperwork hostage. Doesn't return phone calls, emails or faxes. Did two years' of his tax returns while I was there and said she'd send them to me. 7 weeks later- still waiting. Apparently, this is the norm. She's a wonderful tax person but completely disorganized, rude and indifferent, not to mention unprofessional. No, we haven't received a bill either!! You'd think she'd want to be paid, no? Meanwhile, I can't get his paperwork back so no one else can do this work. Tons of unreturned calls, emails and faxes, from polite to pleading - none returned. I am disgusted. And frustrated.
