What’s the fastest way to lose a customer? Keep my vehicle for two days, charge an hour+ of labor, and tell me “we can’t find anything wrong so we didn’t do anything to it”. Idle control valve...it wasn't working very well – I figured it out/fixed it and wasn’t even paid for it. That’s exactly what happened to me last month at my previous mechanic. I refuse to go back so my neighbor referred me to Kens’ Tires.
The guys at Ken’s Tires were on it. Pretty simple work order – alignment and inspection – but they knocked it out in a few short hours and called when the car was finished. No issues with inspection so the bill was low. Very fair pricing for the area; both jobs all labor and some grease for the ball joints about $80. I’ll be sure to call this crew again for the rest of my vehicles. Cheers.
