horrible service gave me one estimate charge me another job was done improperly wrong pipes cut and place together still have the same leak no heating service at all refuses to come back and repair it.

Super!! Furnace was cleaned and all dirt cleaned up. All the leaks and sink/faucet repairs were done quickly and professionally. I was concerned I would have to replace the kitchen faucet, but he was able to repair it for a fraction of the cost of replacement. Plumbers were VERY knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely use again. Thanks guys!!

They were prompt, efficient, professional, and demonstrated excellent knowledge and ability to explain.

Was here on time and explained what he was doing so that we could reconnect the new sink and dishwasher.  Was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and he cleaned up after himself.  I have used this plumber before and he is the only one I trust.  They also guarantee all their work.  I feel they are a great value and know what they are doing.

Came out very quickly. Identified and explained the problem. Ruled out another potential site of flooding.  Corrected a safety issue involving connecting and soldering a new pipe onto the hot water heater for drainage from release valve in event it might be needed.

A staff member arrived on the time stated, began to work and stayed with job until completed, very quick and efficient . Something I was concerned with since I was paying by the hour, man was polite , install was professional. He had to use a torch in very tight spots to hook up pipes there were no marks on our painted walls or floor. Took in account ever small detail from pipe brackets to sink being centered in space provided. I am very picky when it comes to detail and I could not ask for a better job. Will call Joe Moore Plumbing for future projects.

Called, he responded within 2 hrs. and a service person was here within 45 min.  Service completed with courtesy and speed.  Would highly recommend.

Very neat and clean service, does not leave any kind of dirt or soot around. Very professional will take time to explain and questions you may have. Does not take time, does the job. I have him all of my plumbing needs. Also he gets back to you in a timely matter. I would recommend him very highly.

As usual, it went well.  The plumber is polite and professional and got right to work.  We had cleaned out under the sink in preparation for his visit, so it went fairly quickly.  This is the 4th or 5th time we've had Joe Moore Plumbing and Heating come out to fix a plumbing problem, and they once again proved their competence and experience.

Man is very dedicated to his customers

He is very meticulous.  He may cost a bit more than other people but he does travel far to come out here.  I wouldn't trust anyone else.  He is very trustworthy and is always courteous.  I also like that he is very upfront about the cost.
