Robert was responding to questions prior to receiving my TCM. I was promised several times that the work will be completed in 2-3 business days. It has been already 2 weeks and he has stopped responding to text messages, Facebook messages, voice mails or phone calls. I have been calling multiple times the business and cell phone numbers. I can't drive my car because I don't have the TCM and I am out $180. Absolutely horrible experience!!
