Mr. Moran is a thorough inspector who is professional, timely, and efficient. He is detailed and takes his work seriously. We had him inspect a foreclosed property for us and found and identified everything good and bad regarding the property. We found a water pipe problem that needed to be fixed to complete the inspection and he was willing to return after the plumbing was fixed without addition charge. I highly recommend his services to anyone. Grade A!

Everything was smooth. Follow the inspector around and you will be personally shown any concerns. Crawlspaces under the house or in the attics will be checked as well as ceilings and floors. --- Recommend----
