VISION PAINTING INC

Have twice been referred to this company by my builder who uses them extensively. I initially contacted them to do general spackling and painting done inside my house and restaining of my double front doors. The lady who answered the phone was somewhat abrasive but took my details and told me I would be contacted the next day. That was a year ago, I called back on at least two occasions and I am still waiting to hear from them. Called them again a few days ago (once again, on my builder's referral) as I want my windows recaulked. This is a large job as I have many windows in my house. Once again, the lady who answered the phone was anything but professional. I was told that I would receive a quote via email within 2 days. 6 days later I called back as I had not received the quote, was asked for my telephone number and told I would be contacted "right back". That was 4 hours ago. I have not had the opportunity to employ the services of this company and perhaps it is just as well; given the lack of professionalism and courtesy, I have little confidence in the quality of service that would be provided.
