I gave him like 30 things for him to do on my house before I moved in.
He was awesome. He gave me a fair price for everything, he completed everything on time. There was nothing I asked him that he didn't do. He did everything on my list.
He was just fabulous to work with. He got the job done in a timely fashion and at a good price.
