We told them it was completely empty before they came. They refilled it and that was it. I called and the lady was rude and told me we were supposed to tell them it was empty when we scheduled. WE DID. She said they won’t come back to do anything and to call someone else. I watched a YouTube video and bled the line myself. It was simple and took five minutes. I’ll never hire these people again.

"Unfortunately, we do not provide any heater service. We only deliver oil and our drivers can bleed lines while there if requested. We're sorry you did not specify that you would need your lines bled when you placed your order. Once our drivers leave, we always recommend that you get a burner service person to get your system started in case there are other issues."

I used this company for about three years. At first I thought I hit the jackpot. But good things seldom last. I called for an oil delivery and Tina said they'd be out wens. I said great! I'll leave the ck where I always do. Wens. came around... no delivery... I called .. Tina said oh no we deliver in your area on fridays. I said well you said wens. But ok no problem .. I'll see you Friday. Friday came around.. no oil delivery... by this time .. our oil had run out. I called Tina said ( after I had a ten minute conversation with her on wens. about the mix up) that I didn't confirm the delivery. This never ever happened previously. I talked to her at length about THEIR mix up and then said ok Friday then!!! I'm not using this company ever again. They make the mistake and now we have to suffer without heat for four days. There are plenty other companies you can use. Don't be fooled. Go elsewhere!

"Email sent to customer: Mr. [Member Name Removed], It appears there is a difference in opinion as to the events in regards to your account. Your wife called on Wednesday, March 7th inquiring about the status of a delivery. Tina advised her that we had no delivery scheduled for your residence for that day and that the next available would be for March 9th. Your wife insisted that she had placed a call for delivery;however we did not have any record of this call. When Tina offered again to schedule the delivery for Friday, the call was abruptly ended (either the connection was lost or your wife hung up). I was in the office during this call as was the other owner. Tina immediately dialed the number in which your wife called from. Your wife did not answer. Tina left a message stating that if she wanted a delivery on Friday she needed to call our office back. No return call was received from your wife or yourself. On Friday, March 9th (1:00pm) you called requesting status of delivery. Tina advised you that she had spoken to your wife, and the subsequent events mentioned above. You in turn began screaming at Tina about not receiving delivery. You then stated to her "You Suck!" and hung up the phone. At no time is it acceptable for a customer to tell one of our employees that they "suck" and to then follow-up with an email calling her or us morans. We have a very good system to track in coming calls and subsequent orders. We will be removing your residence from our database."

We have utilized Stowe Oil for several years now and we couldn't be happier! #1 They are a Family Owned and Operated Local Company. They have a wide coverage area and offer different programs for different budgets. Personally we are not on an auto fill plan with them as we burn wood to offset heating costs. They understand our personal needs, and they never try to sell us something we do not want or need. #2 When I call the office to schedule a delivery, it's like calling friends who always have your back. You know your oil will be delivered as promised, for the price they tell you. The women in the office are friendly, efficient and honest. FYI - when calling the office you may get voicemail... leave a message!! They always return calls within a timely manner. #3 Seasoned Truck Drivers!! Our driveway stinks! We live off of a very busy/dangerous road. The driveway is tight with big rocks lining it, a lot of big trees/limbs, etc. Stowe's Drivers' back in with ease, and accuracy. Our own family cant seem to back up into, or out of our driveway without some drama.... it's nice not to have to worry about the oil truck!! Thanks Stowe Oil!!

The two workers who come out from Stowe Oil Company for delivery has been very personable. They have accepted the fact that I?m a brand new home owner and that I totally didn?t know how to handle an oil heater. In past, my apartment has always been electric and I have also had experience with gas but not oil. So, they gave me a run down of how an oil heater works. That gave me an idea of what to expect from it. The workers were definitely knowledgeable. They were very helpful. They have got a good price. They were nice people to deal with. I would recommend them.
