First time we hired this company, about two years ago they knocked it out of the park. This time...not so much. They were prompt and respectful. Overall was an improvement though I felt they could have spent more time in the high traffic areas. Where they dropped the ball was on the steps. I thought when they finished that the steps were dark in areas because the carpet was wet. When it dried I found they were still dirty. They did just OK on the treads but missed on the tread noses and the risers big-time. Went out the next day and rented a carpet machine and re-cleaned the steps and high traffic areas and made a 100% improvement. Water was filthy. Disappointed because I thought, after the first great experience, that I had found a company I could trust to get it right. Unsure if I will use them again.

Hired Stanley Steemer for the first time to have my carpets cleaned. They called ahead, arrived on time, were very polite and professional, got the job done quickly and did a great job. The price was reasonable for what I needed. I would definitely use them again.

They offered us a deal.  They gave us a discount and everything.  It was about $90 for four rooms.

Pretty good, but not overly excited about the service. I'd give them a B+. I went with them over some other companies because of the ease of scheduling (and rescheduling). I was quoted a start time between 8:15 and 9:15am. The morning of the service, I was called by the office and told that the workers had just left the office around 8:15, and was even given their names. I really liked that- it gave me an idea of who to expect and when exactly. When the arrived, the men were very nice and did a walk through of the areas with me. There were alot of pet stains in the one room, and they were atleast honest and told me they would do the best to get them out but some might not come up.
The service overall was very quick, which I wasn't really expecting. The stairs came out great, but there were still stains in the cleaned room. The main reason I didn't want to give a A was because they didn't bother to move a small bookshelf I had left in the room. All other furniture had been moved out and the area was vacuumed very well prior to their arrival. The only thing left in the room was a single bookcase that I had no where else to place. It was left in the same spot, not even shifted.
I may use their services in the future, but theres a good chance I'll try another company also. I thought it was a bit pricey and there are other deals listed on Angies list and groupon that are worth a try.

I used Stanley Steemer at King of Prussia, Pa before. The gentlemen that came were professional and courteous. This time, when the men came in, they said their previous client was at a horse farm and the hose was dirty, but they would clean
up when they were done. I was asked to sign aand quot; slip and falland quot; waiver without being able to read it. I said I wouldn't sign until
I could read it and the gentleman then gave it to me (I can read) The hose was filthy and brought dirt INTO my house.
They did clean the dirt they brought into my house clean on the carpeting, but the experience got me very upset.
I never not tip the hard working people that do services in my home, but this was the exception.

I had used them at the end of the summer. Michael told me about the service contract which i signed up for. He was great and explained the whole process about other options and the service contract and what that entails. He was very professional and did a great job of cleaning everything.

They were very good. They were very professional and they did a good job. They were responsive. When I called, I had a question and they came over and took care of it. Their quality of service was good. They were right on time. Their professionalism was very good.

Just and Mike arrived n time introduced themselves and did a great job. Carpet looks new again again after summer of pool traffic and cat hairballs! Thanks guys
