I use them all the time. In general, my interaction with them has been very good. Everything was easy. I am on a budget with them. I made a budget for this year, but I went in and found that the oil price is low, so I got additional money and got a bigger delivery. They were coming out either Monday or Wednesday, and they ended up coming out on Monday when I paid for it. They live up to their word; when you make a deal with them or you need some help and they say they will do something they follow it up and do it.

Our regular supplier would not deliver until Monday. Reed's returned my call and delivered that day. He was professional and eager to help. They are a small family owned business.
