The initial consult and est went great.  Very friendly and had a good price.  However, the gentleman that installed the fence was unprofessional.  He also cut the cable line despite it being properly marked.  He "trained" my dog by zapping him extremely hard.  Our other dog didn't leave the porch for almost a week because he was so afraid of the yard.  When he came back to "train" and we asked him to turn down the system he hurried through stating "I have a lot of jobs this afternoon."  As for the product...the fence has been great.  Costumer service...two thumbs down.
