Description of Work: Mike Kuneck is a seasoned HVAC technician who can troubleshoot not just any HVAC issue, but he can repair most any electrical or plumbing issue as well. He has repaired both my heater and my AC at a rate that is well below what is charged by the larger outfits that market on the back of phone books. Not only are his prices reasonable for HVAC, but his work ethic is so strong I now hire him to open and close my swimming pool at a fraction of what Anthony and Sylvan were charging. I soon added to the annual list my in-ground sprinkler system and our annual water softener maintenance. This past winter, Mike replaced all the gaskets in my Vermont Casting Stove at half the price quoted by the Stove Shop.
