"We did not due work at your house. You have the wrong company. You wanted a fan installed with the box and wiring. The special was only to replace a fan. I gave you a price but you decline and said you would get someone else. So we never did the work. I then just called you to tell you you wrote a review about my company when we never even did the work. You hung up on me. That is a very shallow way to treat someone who has done nothing wrong to you. Please remove the review. Thank you. Larry"
"Response to the customer, 1. The customer has failed to describe the amount of work that was involved in installing the wall scontzs in their review. We also gave him the materials for free like wire, boxes, wire nuts, and screws. 2. The customer never made us aware that it was not proper to park in their driveway or to move out of the driveway so others could park. Due to the snow on the ground we felt that it was the logical place to park. It was our objective not to get the floors wet. 3. We also did do a small second job which was disconnect a switch circuit at the front door that has a short in it going to a lamp post which is also not mentioned by the customer. 4. Yes, we did used 4-6 pieces of their paper towels to wipe their floors and wall down after we were done. 5. Yes, we did have the door open a few times to get our materials in and out. We left with a hand shake from the customer, never making us aware of any previous concerns he may have had during or after our installations. Bottom line: We respected the customer and his home. The work was done correctly and to the customers specifications. The work area was cleaned up. We left with a hand shake. I have to rate his customer also as a""D rating as he was not very friendly and did not communicate his concerns up front. However i give him a" A" rating for being honest and contacting me that we left our latter at his home."
"Angie's list never provided the clients contact information to our company. I got a call from an Angies list rep who said they were at fault. When they gave me the information I called immediately. No response from the client. I also called Angie's list Rep back to tell we attempted to make contact. This is a bogus claim. We value all of our customers as well as potential customers.
