If I could give a negative number for his review I would. Turn and run the other way. Sean never showed up when he was scheduled to cut my lawn it was like I had a new best friend I had to text so much. Then he indeed knew how to fix a water ditch and two days after he installed the ditch it washed away. I tried to sue him unsuccessfully because he had a slick lawyer that was so smart in the way he acted so dumb about every issue. He lied about breaking my siding and his co-worker told the truth and he never apologized. His lawyer said I was difficult to work for and I built an entire house with over 20 contractors and had a problem with one. SEAN LINVILLE KELTIC GREENE Absolutely dissatisfied!

Said he secured permit, did not. Inspections were never done. No construction was done to code. Purchased supplies were not delivered. All had to be torn down. Found exposed wires, out of code construction, or work not done at all, trash buried under pavers, the list goes on and on. Avoid at all costs. The principal is Sean Linville, and he is currently still doing work and considered unlicensed in PA.

On the date of the appointment he never showed up for the appointment. We were at the property for an hour before the appointment and 1.25 hours after the time of the appointment and he never showed or bothered to call us to inform us he was not intending on showing. We will never use his services and advise you not to as well.
