"Dear Mr. [Member Name Removed], I am really sorry to hear about your frustrations. I can relate as I've been on the other side of this as a consumer. Please note, I actually did send you a proposal well prior to this complaint, but unfortunately, the email address was typed incorrectly. Upon realizing this error, I sent the proposal to the correct address, you should have received it on May 5th. We are a very responsive company, but we do make mistakes. There are times, especially in April and May, when the demand for our services can explode and we sometimes struggle to keep up with all of the inquiries.
