Robert was prompt, courteous, respectful and, most importantly thorough. He surveyed the situation, listened to what I said and took pictures to explain his impressions. He walked me through his decision, my cost and delivered on time. Robert showed me pictures of the final product to ensure my satisfaction and explained next best steps in the event something wasn’t right.

We used Crooked Ladder Roofing for our shingle roof replacement, and boy are we glad we did. They did everything they said they would in the time frame that they quoted us. On top of that, because we had ongoing leaks, they bumped us up to the front of the line. Exceptional service! The crew was fast, proficient and very courteous. Robert was a consummate professional from start to finish. First of all, finding a contractor who shows up when they say they will is basically a miracle.
